"It was so bad I left and never stayed. I’ve seen pub hotels and this one was abysmal. The stairs were crooked, rickety with foul smelling carpet. I looked into the bathroom area. It looked like inner city school worn linoleum and I spotted a piece of paper on the floor. CHAT’s description of quaint and charming couldn’t be further from the truth. Expedia was no help and I was left stuck in the middle. Only redeeming thing was parking was provided and the bed looked ok. The rest 👎👎👎"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow.
My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."

"I was initially disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as the odor. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their excellent service made my 5-night stay enjoyable. I would kindly suggest improving the cleanliness standards, as this would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"The room and property were petite but beautiful. The staff are absolutely fantastic and made our stay. We loved our washroom/shower facilities, the included breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the AC in the room was great.
We would certainly stay again. We only wished our room would be services earlier in the day- as often it wasn't completed until 3:30-4pm."

"The hotel is wonderful, clean with nice tub and shower. Nice staff. The only complaint is that room cleaning in the morning shouldn’t begin at 9:15. I had to put up a do not disturb sign the rest of the time during my stay. It’s a ridiculous time for the staff to ask to clean."

"Great location, super convenient but the size of room was way too small compared to what we paid for (we booked the biggest one, junior suite, already). So, do not trust the pictures from internet. The guests above my room were way too loud since it is old/small building we pretty much could hear everything thru ceiling, very annoying."
