"Warm friendly welcome which continued throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous and helpful without exception. Management should be proud. Room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities you would expect from a top class hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. You can literally choose whatever you want from an extensive menu. There didn’t seem to be a limit other than your appetite. The hotel is well situated for all the major sites, an easy drive to the beach and surrounded by restaurants so you aren’t just limited to those in the hotel. Unfortunately we had to call the doctor out, but Iresha couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi. "

"Staff were great. Pool and surrounding area brilliant. Multiple lifeguards around each pool, perfect for our young children even though they can all swim. Hotel a bit dated. Windows substandard and noise from corniche kept all the family awake all stay. All inclusive package was not clear that you only had 1 buffet option for dinner which wasn't the best. (Limited options for kids) Overall some great parts but also some really substandard."

"The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. However, they arent very well organised. There was lots of arguing amongst them at the breakfast service. They would come round for drinks ordera but forget to bring the drink. Also some of the reception staff arent well informed of extra activites. The hotel organised mini discos for young children and i confirmed with one of the receptionists that the location was near the kids playground outside. I asked her about 6 times to make sure but when we got there the disco was not there, it was at the kids club. The staff at the sunset beach could not handle the amount of food and drink orders. People had been left waiting by the pool for over an hour for some burgers and drinks. The food provided in all the restaurents is lovely. The boat trip was breathtaking and overall it was a great hotel for a family"
