We stay 2 nights and when we arrived at 5.30pm the second day the room has not been done ! In the morning nobody at breakfast to welcome you or ask for your coffee. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it!
