"We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year."

"Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. "

"Good hotel with an excellent location. However, room was but small and shower pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic however there was many places nearby with good value breakfasts."

"I’m"

"Great complex, so lovely and friendly also very clean. 3 super restaurants onsite, our favourite was the Pirate bar, Will definitely be back."

"Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. After a couple days they often know you by name, remembered our drink order, etc. The hotel itself is nice. Good: responsive staff especially in the lobby bar. Bad: shower in our room poured water all over the bathroom even with the door sealed shut. It was like this every single day. Minibar options were minimal; always stocked with mixed nuts though we have a nut allergy there were no other options. Only one restaurant to eat at which got boring very...

"Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"

"Très bonne hôtel bien situé, pas très loin des zones touristiques mets dans les hauteurs au calme. Une très grande piscine, beaucoup d'activités comme mini golf billards ping pong ainsi que du badminton (activité gratuite sauf billard). Un parking suffisamment grand pour accueillir les voitures, une réception ouverte vingt-quatre heures sur vingt-quatre. Un bar à la piscine et un bar à l'intérieur. La seule chose de mâche c'est que le bar de la piscine a fermé le soir lors de notre séjour....

"Mobility access not good, lots of hills. Not many charging points for scooters. Room was clean, but floors were always dirty as we always ended up with black feet! Balcony was nice & big, we liked the sun loungers, quite sturdy."

"Excellent 6 night stay for Starmus festival! There are surprisingly few parking spaces for a hotel of this size, but we had no problem and staff would readily sort spaces for guests where mone were evident."

"Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. The food was yummy, smaller choices than on previous places I have stayed, but actually that was better as this meant what there was was replenished often and it...

"Excellent hotel. Room cleaning seemed a bit rushed. View from room was great, sun all day."

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Everything was good except that the food at lunch does not have much selection."

"Clean, good staff, very helpful"

"Room was fairly run down, air con not working when arrived, although was fixed with a call to maintenance. Cockroaches were in the bathroom on 2 occasions, as well as out on the patio. Ceiling fan made a racket when turned on. Closest neighbours smoking weed out on patio all day and night with no approach from staff so whole pool area stank. Plus points were breakfast buffet and proximity to main centre"
