"the two male front desk agents were helpful, however, the young lady (i believe her name is christina??) was condescending & just rude so that interaction sealed it for me, will not be returning or hosting my meeting at this facility & really wanted to support endicott."

"The bathroom wasn't cleaned, there was someone else's hair in the bathroom on the tub and floor in the bathroom. I wanted to go to the arcade but it was closed before 7 pm. The sauna was turned off."

"We had an amazing stay at the Rockport House. My wife and I had a beautiful, clean king room on the third floor, with a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and an immaculate bathroom. The house was a quick walk to all the fun of Bearskin Neck and the incredibly cute hub of Rockport. Such a great autumnal New England stay! Check-in was so very easy, with seamless communication between us and the owners. I highly recommend! It felt like an old school bed and breakfast. Thank you...

"We met Ryan the Manager when we were checking in, Ryan was extremely helpful and personable. our room was very nice and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again in the future."

"The views were absolutely beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to coming back"

What I didn't like was our power going out twice. Only our room, which means it wasn't a general power outage. When we reported it we were asked if we had used a blow dryer. We had not. (I had used my CPAP all night with no problems.) This response tells me this is not a new issue. And that it's an unresolved issue. In addition,...
