Great short stay

Stayed 2 nights for the Dortmund v Liverpool game. Excellent clean apartments and the owner could not have been more helpful. Location is ideal being within walking distance from the station and the town centre

Die Unterkunft ist für eine Nacht nach einer Feiernacht ok! Sie wirkt sonst ungemütlich, unpersönlich und zusammengewürfelt! Für ein Urlaub mit mehreren Tagen nicht empfehlenswert!

Wohnung ist soweit bewohnbar. Mehrere Renovierungen bzw. Instandhaltungen müssen durchgeführt werden. Zb. Klodeckel fehlte. Sehr schlecht mit Kinder. Sehr drisst gehalten ohne Farbe Bilder aber ok. Wohnung ist sehr sauber ohne Mängel. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur telefonisch doch jeder Zeit erreichbar. Umgebung ist wie angegeben recht schnell alles erreichbar. Nur die parksituation lässt zu wünschen übrig kostenloser S Bahn Parkplatz vorhanden doch sehr dunkel und nicht gesichert. Im Großen und ganzen trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Die Vermieter haben 20€ mehr pro Tag verlangt, als in der Buchung stand. Wenn man andere Kommentare liest, scheint das eine Masche zu sein. In Anbetracht des Gesamtpreises, ist immer noch halbwegs ok, es hinterlässt einen Beigeschmack. Vor allem weil die versprochene Rechnung über die Zusatzkosten nicht wie versprochen ausgestellt wurde.

Gebucht wurden 2 Nächte, zu einem Gesamt Preis von 140€ bezahlen vor Ort. Kurz vor Antritt wurden 180€ von meinem Konto abgebucht. Als Aussage kam das alles so richtig sei. Leider kam nichts mehr vom Anbieter. Letztendlich nicht so toll würde ich nicht nochmal Buchen.

Bissel wie Ryanair.

Gesamtkosten sollten Gesamtkosten sein. Dies war hier nicht der Fall. Nach der verbindlichen Buchung erfährt man im Kleingedruckten von einer unverschämten Gaspauschale in Höhe von 20€ pro Tag und Person. Das hat die Unterkunft sofort 40% teurer gemacht. Da fühle ich mich von Hotels.com übers Ohr gehauen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft und Lage gut und der Gastgeber sehr nett.

Mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand könnten so manche Kleinigkeit verbessert werden. (Spiegelwand, Fester, Decken usw. Kleines Bad/WC. Hier hat man fast keinen Platz. Kein Parkplatzangebot...nur ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ein paar Ecken weiter.

een appartement om nogmaals te bezoeken

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad en zeer goed geslapen. De douche was een beetje klein en geen afsluitdopje in de wastafel een ander fornuis zou ook niet voor z`n tijd zijn. Bank en stoel zaten zeer confortabel.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Geschirr (Tassen) war für 5 Personen knapp, auch einen richtigen Stuhl wäre für die 5. Person nett gewesen. Die Qualität einiger Sachen dort, lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Sehr schön und sauber

Wir sind nach Bochum wegen Starlight Express. Das Appartement liegt dazu sehr günstig. Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Netter Gastgeber, der uns freundlich empfangen hat und gleich noch das Taxi organisiert hat, da wir spät dran waren. Top Empfehlung für Familien.

Mann sah den Versuch, eine alte Wohnung auf Neu zu trimmen, die Ausstattung war jedoch sehr spärlich...oder noch nicht fertig...jedenfalls nicht wirklich komfortabel und sauber. Die Wäsche und im ganzen Haus hat es übelst nach Weichspüler gerochen, das es einem den Atem raubte. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Nicht wieder!!

Tolle Wohnung, ruhig und doch sehr gut mit öffentlichen Nahverkehr erreichbar. Sehr sauber, tolles neues Bad und sehr netter Vermieter ! ;-) Er gibt auch Informative Tipps. Wir haben uns als fünfköpfige Familie wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
