"Arriving was such a great experience, how check in should be, almost immediate and giving useful information. The room was clean and spacious, the scenery out the window divine 😍. The only improvement I could recommend is to have a fridge in the room, although again the staff were lovely giving free ice for our water jugs. The was also no control for heating, so it did get a little warm later in the summer day, but I guess it's a minor quibble. The areas around is fantastic, and true Finnish...

"I loved the helpful staff! They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. In particular, the kind women working the night shift who made drinks worked the desk during the night shift. I appreciated the location as it’s fairly close to two metro stations, a tram line, and the Aalto university. It is also right by the water and some lovely walking areas. The beds were good. The last guests trash was left in my bedroom bathroom and it smelled bad, but after requesting a room cleaning...

"- Ei turhan tarkkoja, melko edullista yöpyä isolla porukalla (yht. 6 hlö), mutta useita pikkuvikoja; saunan portaasta puuttui jalka (hengenvaarallista; kiukaaseen voi kaatua)... uuni + pelti likaisia..jääkaappi likainen ja haju (edellisiltä jäänyt esim. kananmuna :D ) lattialaattoja irti... sokkeli keittössä rikki... ötököitä (huom, talviaika)... takan, piipun juuri, ilmeisesti vuotanut.. suihkun letku lähes mätä, poikki.. + sijaintina vesipuisto Serenaan ihanteellinen. +Autolla...

"すぐ近くに夜だけやってるサウナと湖があり、自由に泳げて最高でした。近くの森には、ブルーベリーやラズベリーが沢山なっていて美味しかったです。小さな公園や、バスケゴールなどもあり環境は最高でした。"

"Très bel endroit. Réception chaleureuse. Bon sauna. Peu de monde à croiser cependant, mais prix très attractif pour une super qualité."
