"E-post med information skickades innan jag kom, och det var lätt att hitta och få tillgång till rummet. Allt var rent. Jag skulle bara föreslå att toalettborsten byts ut mot en ny. Boendet ligger nära många butiker och centrala Porto, cirka 10 minuters promenad bort. Det är dock viktigt att notera att hostelet ligger i en gammal byggnad, vilket innebär att ljudisoleringen inte är den bästa. "You basically no contact with staff, only when you go down for breakfast on the first day when she ask the room number, after that she will ignore you the whole time. "Everything in the hotel and room was great. The room was wonderful and the oversize bath towels are a huge plus. Location was also very good. Now, for the one negative, and it is a huge negative that would prevent us from staying here again! In the lobby by the reception desk, the hotel has a plug in device that gives off a constant mist with an overpowering strong scent that is unpleasant and overwhelming. It is so powerful, that even when you left the hotel, it lingered on for several minutes."
