Please do something with the windows in rooms on first floor with square view. We couldn’t sleep the whole night."

"The photo of the double room isn’t close to what it is. Barely had space for one person to move around, the bed was right next to toilet. We sort of had the room in loft- sloped on top of the bed and it got really cold. The heater was making so loud noise of water flowing and had to turn off to sleep. Luckily we stayed just one night. But had enough space to park."
