My room overlooked an outside seating area which wasn't occupied due to the chilly weather, so it might have been a different story if folk had sat out there noise wise. Bed was really comfortable. Bathrm smelt damp. Key to rm door was hard to almost impossible to lock and mentioned this on leaving. Despite that would stay again."

"I had a great single night's stay in this very central (yet still quiet) location. Staff at the bar were available to check me in and show me to my room, which was appreciated. The room itself exceeded expectations -- great size for a single room, well decorated with storage and hanging space, free sockets, kettle and tea bags etc, and a spick-and-span ensuite bathroom with decent shower. It's a shame a cooked breakfast wasn't available but I appreciated the bag with instant porridge, a croissant and jam, juice, a flapjack and an apple. I didn't visit the bar other than to check in and out, but the room was of a high standard (making it great value for money) and I would stay here again."
