"Beware Expedia has incorrectly states this hotel has an airport shuttle. It does not. I have advised them of this but they refuse to change the listing even after contacting the hotel to confirm. We had to pay 300 CFH for a taxi for 4 back to the airport. We stayed at this hotel cause it stated a shuttle. Expedia will do nothing to fix it."

"Incredible staff and unbeatable location. Staff spoke English and were very helpful in planning our itinerary with us. The location is tough to beat steps away from the train station and the old village. We were very happy with our stay."

"Aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal, perfektes Ambiente. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Minamo."

"Excelente desayuno, ubicación y atención. Solo los colchones demasiado suaves, pero es cuestión de gustos"

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check in and i had to ask for it from another receptionist. Not sure, but everyone else in the reception team were very helpful. They even provided us an alternative parking spots with reasonable price....

"Bath rooms are very small. And beds are very hard ro sleep on them"

"It was so warm and this hotel have only small fan."

"Rather expensive for a hotel far from the city center. Overall a standard Sheraton experience."

"Great location, clean and cozy place to stay. Breakfast is good. During the night, noise from the street may wake you up sometimes but this hotel stil be good choice to stay in Luzern."
