"We were greeted by a very friendly staff at all times during our stay. The room was super clean, and the lobby and the floor we stayed at was constantly being cleaned. "The property was clean and beautiful! The kids and I loved our sunset dinner overlooking the Bay on the patio of The Shoreline Bar & Grille. It was delicious with excellent service and prices! The outdoor Infiniti pool was breathtaking! We definitely made the right choice booking this gem!"

"This property was so over priced, the room floor was dirty needed to be swept and mopped, the bed only had a sheet and a thin bed spread no blanket, we went out and bought a blanket to use. The bed was actually really comfortable the best feature in the room, they are doing renovations but they are not the best craftsmanship. Have stayed in places that I did not pay a lot for that were outdated but was very clean, this was expensive and not clean, towels smelled clean but had stains on them. I...

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere"

"Carpet in halls needs replacement. The room was nice, clean. Breakfast limited if you are gluten free but there are some options. There were guests who partied in the parking lot and shot off fireworks which was not ideal. They did quiet down before 11."

"I went by the reviews and pictures when I booked it. The motel is outdated and could use some sprucing up you could tell back in the day it was a cute place. It was good for a one night stay nothing to brag about. We were in town to visit a family member in the hospital so it was convenient."

"The suite was large enough for our family of 5. The pullout bed was dirty with old sheets on it so we just closed it up and put bedsheets directly on the couch for a child to sleep on. Breakfast was great as always, staff friendly and hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and 15 min to Presque isle."
