"Nice views; basic rooms but nowhere to sit in the room. Very nice staff."

"Disappointing that the hotel was not carrying the Fox or Telemundo coverage of the World Cup. The hotel staff was embarrassed and said we should ask the corporate owners why that was the case. In addition, our room was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. We didn't really mind until we couldn't watch the World Cup games in the hotel bar. Otherwise, this is a nice property with staff doing their best to support customers."

"The hotel itself was fine. Some a-holes in the parking lot across the street started shooting off professional grade fireworks at 1 a.m. that woke us up to what sounded like someone throwing rocks at the window and blowing up cars. We won't hold that against the hotel."

"The hotel was great pool needed to be t a little warmer and a little more variety at breakfast buffet it was good food though we loved our room staff was very friendly and helpful the elevator worried us cause we heard someone got stuck in it while we were staying there it was a little squeaky to ride ...we will stay again there just hope elevator works better next time.."

When asked for more towels for showering and the pool because only 2 towels were in the bathroom and 4 people were booked for the room we were given 2 more and was told that was all they had. Wash clothes were brown, and sheets had dirty on them. Bathroom wall looked like either blood or dirty was on them. When you first turn on the water it was orange. Building smelled like pot. Pool was open and alright but dirt was floating in it. Fridge did not keep...

"Location to state park was ideal. Staff were friendly and breakfast is a full breakfast with multiple options. The rooms are older which is fine, but could have been cleaner. The outside pool looked nice and clean but the outdoor maintenance of the grounds has not been done."

"The hotel was reasonably priced for the Fourth of July weekend, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty. The air vents were completely covered in dust, and our room didn’t have central air—only a window air conditioner. If you’re not planning to use the indoor water park, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The staff weren’t outright rude, but they also weren’t particularly friendly. They were probably dealing with a lot of kids and stressed guests because of the holiday...

"I had to request another room because there were men milling around and I couldn't get a good parking spot to unload my things. The room I got had a musty smell so I opened all the windows despite the humidity. Very noisy location on a busy road so I needed earplugs. The bathroom was very small and tight. The mattress needs replacing. Wifi is very good with no password needed. Breakfast is very limited and mediocre. I couldn't drink the coffee and had to get some at a nearby shop."

"It was kind of frustrating we got there thinking we would have a room available at 3:00 pm as it stated when I booked the room and no rooms were available till around 4:00 pm and the washing machine was broken. I totally understand that in itself was not the staffs fault. But I asked 4 times within 24 hours for towels and kept being told “in about an hour” and finally had to ask an additional time to get them. "The hotel does resemble the photos. However, the weather outside around the 4th of July was incredibly hot. 90+ degree heat and the AC unit is our room was terrible. Not only that, you can not adjust the settings on the unit. It was extremely hard to get comfortable during our 2 day stay. "I stayed there twice recently as a quick overnight stop on my way from New York to Michigan. It was mostly clean, but some dirt in the corners of the room. We had to ask for extra towels each stay - they stocked the room with one less set than the number of adults both times. It did not appear that the staff thought that the guests would actually want breakfast.
