"The room was perfect for the location. We needed a set of rooms for one night. They were convenient, well priced, and brand new so in perfect condition. Check in and check out are electronic but there is staff on the first floor to answer questions and provide assistance. If you drive, Parking is the only challenge. "

"Friendliness seems to be a foreign concept at check in. We arrived 45 minutes early and were greated with 'Your reservation starts at 3pm. You can check in at 3pm'. Unfortunately, the room itself didn't offer much comfort either: no climate control, no heating either, and soundproofing was minimal enough that we could clearly hear conversations from neighboring guests.
