"Rooms are due for upgrades, especially the mattresses. The men’s locker room is very old and needs upgrading. The spa charges a lot and although the masseuse was great the whole area needs work to go along with the high cost."

"Check at is at 12pm as it says in hotel’s web side but cleaning crew came at 9 am and nock the door several times very hard to make sure let me know that I have to leave at 12 pm !!!!!!!! I’ve never seen such a bad and Inconvenient service this way in any hotel in the world !!!!!"
