Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "
"Once we got in, we didn't receive the email with code to access our swipe card after hours, we found ourselves in a spacious and reasonably comfortable apartment. Nearby is wonderful eating options and supermarkets. Public transport was in easy walking distance. Southbank and all the art galleries and theaters, and other touristy things. "
"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
