"Honestly, I was surprised by this hotel stay. Everything about this La Quinta was just right. The location is very convenient for a trip to Hachie… The staff was pleasant and accommodating… The room was clean and nicely equipped. I hate to say it but on a return visit just a week later to Waxahachie we decided to try one of the other hotels in the same immediate area and wish now that we hadn’t. We should have come back to this one. We will next trip!!"

"I booked a King Bed Suite for one night. When we arrived they gave us the keys for a 2 Queen Bed Suite. When we went back to the front desk to point out the mistake they told me I had booked the “Double Queen”. I had to show them my Itinerary and receipt on my phone to show them they were wrong. The man at the desk then told me I should be happy because the Double Queen room was more money. (False, BTW) When I said no, I want the single King he said he could move me to a King Suite for a $25 charge!! REALLY?!? Yes, really! I refused the extra charge and they gave us the King Suite. Seriously SHADY business if you ask me!! As for the room, it was okay… mostly. There were NO lights or lamps in the desk, sofabed area so that area was useless at night. There was a large water stain and peeling drywall tape in one area of the ceiling. There were “deposits” in the sink that looked like dried up Boogers that hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise the room was comfortable for a one night stay. One night is all this hotel will get out of me!! I will NOT return!"

"I reserved an accessible room and paid full price. Didn't get it. I was put on the 3rd floor with the ELEVATOR OUT OF ORDER. I am a handicap and had to drag all my luggage up the stairs. I paid for the week because I work in the area during the week. Air conditioner was in and out the whole time. A lot of construction on the road in front of the property and rained most of the week so a lot of mud getting out of the property."
