I travel a lot and stay at Quality Inns all over the country. The Ennis Quality Inn was immaculate. It was the best kept, cleanest, most comfortable bed yet. Beautiful pool, manufactured lawn and social areas, nice hot tub. Locally American owned, pride in ownership was obvious where you could tell the extra step was taken and shortcuts weren't good enough. My compliments to the wonderful owners and staff.

Overall it was okay; what I would expect from a motel. Cleaner than any I’ve ever stayed at (typically I stay at hotels). We needed a quick place to stay for my dad and some of my grandkids so needed two rooms that was on our way to our destination.

The room was clean and somewhat updated. Staff was great. The room was heavy musty smelling. There was an air purifier in the room running when we arrived. The bathroom had mold at the top of the walls and on the ceiling. We stayed one night on our way through on our way home from vacation. I woke up very stuffed up due to my mold and dust allergies. We did not feel like it was worth the $140 we paid. We arrived about 8pm and left at about 6am so did not experience their breakfast or other amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay the bed was super comfortable but the blankets were torn n ripped so some replacement is good but the ac was comfy and it had hot water. The outside of the building looks run down but man the inside of the rooms are great and the swimming pool was well kept and so super clean!!!
