"Staff excellent well trained and attentive. Breakfast was good and food in dining room lovely and well presented in a beautiful room. Bedroom was large but poorly lit. The windows had curtains but no nets so you had to close the curtains so no one could see in.Nowhere to put makeup on as poor light and bathroom although lovely had nowhere to put makeup down. Nowhere to put soap bag.

"Checking in was great. No issues. Looks like they’re are some renovations happening, but it didn’t disrupt my stay. Great to see it’s getting some TLC. Will be nice when it’s finished. "

"The room was nice cosy,clean and warm.
There was a small problem with the bedside light which i reported and it was dealt with very quickly. I would stay again. "

"The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier. Carrygerry country house is so beautiful, it is cosy, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat, very well done to all the team, this is hospitality at its finest !! "
