"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!!
Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch.
This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"Nice room excellent breakfast. Requested bath but only had shower. Was rather cold and ni instructions in the room for heating, but overall lovely venue nice grounds and I would go again "
