"Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised"

"Sehr schönes Zimmer: - sauber - gemütliches Bett - 3 unterschiedliche Kissen zur Auswahl - Balkon mit Markise - Ein Fön, der diesen Namen verdient Toller Wellnessbereich, erreichbar ohne durch eine Lobby o.ä. zu müssen: -Saunatücher - sauber - ausreichend Ruheliegen - ruhig Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. "Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"Hotel des Grauen von Anfang bis Ende. Angekommen nach fast 6 Stunden Fahrt treffen wir auf eine verlassene Rezeption wo eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war, die gar nicht funktioniert hat. Dann haben wir eine knappe Stunde gewartet bis wir Zimmer eins bekommen haben. Deluxe Suite. Fenstergriff kaputt eiskalt weil das Fenster offen war, die Heizungen funktionierten gar nicht. Von Deluxe nichts zu merken. Kleiner als ein Schuhkarton. Also Zimmer zwei bekommen eine reine Zeitreise. Staubfänger...
