No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never...

"The property was filthy. The trashcan in the parking lot was overflowing upon arrival and still in the same condition when I left 5 days later. The front doors were so dirty couldn’t see through the glass. The main lobby floor hasn’t been mopped in a few months it looks like. The entire property has not been maintained or cleaned in quite some time. This place was amazing a few years back not sure what has happened. Will not stay again."

"We traveled with kids. It was an awesome stay! Quiet and clean. The breakfast was incredible! We loved the omelette bar, it was such a treat! Most of our group has to eat gluten free, we loved the delicious omelette and felt very safe eating it. We appreciated the gluten-free muffins as well. The staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!"

"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"Definitely a great hotel to stay at. There was some confusion on our check-in about the breakfast being included in our stay, but we were able to iron that out. Otherwise, all the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room that had been newly renovated, was very nice but the only item that seemed missed was the light fixtures in the bathroom."
