We did an internal investigation on the points that you've raised during your stay with us especially the condition of your room. And based on our investigation, due to bad weather and always raining on the days that you were here, the smell in the room is from the trees outside after being wet and dried. However, you may rest assured that we have rectified the issue and found a way to minimize the smell and making sure that it will not be smelled inside the room.
