"We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation"

"The staff were very friendly, responsive and very professional. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend."

"Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent,"

"In all it was a very good stay, however, they seemed to have an issue with hotels.com, which led to me paying an extra N5000. But apart from that the hotel was great and I will book again."

"Couldnt stay there"

"The hotel/ property does not exist . Its a complete fruad. I was stranded on arrival at the address. Am still waiting for my refund from expedia"

"It was an ok stay the rooms are spacious and he bed is large! "
