"The staff in this hotel are the friendliest staff I have met on my travels. They go above and beyond for everything for us. They were so polite and extremely helpful. The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "

Our room was spotless and the bed were super comfortable. It was a wonderful respite from the bustling and busy streets of Hanoi. We lived enjoying a drink in the lounge and all enjoyed the spa! Couldn’t recommend a place more! "

The staff are very friendly and helpful without being 'over the top'. Clean and comfortable rooms - nothing extravagant but good value for money. Will stay again! "
