The young woman managing reception was superb and helpful. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. My wife and I were happy with it. You can also use their laundry and borrow a beach umbrella. I found street parking very easily on the main street south of the apartment, past the traffic circle,...

"I highly recommend these accommodations! Everything was exactly as expected, except better! The location is wonderful, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. But what really makes this property is the staff. This was my first time in Europe and thanks to a hearing loss I don’t speak any Spanish. My luggage didn’t arrive with me at the airport so I was in need of toiletries. Not only did the front desk person explain to me where I could go within walking distance he walked me halfway...

"Un hotelito pequeño pero muy cuco, cómodo y de aire romántico, el personal muy atento y super amable, el desayuno buffet no es muy abundante, pero todo muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy luminosas, estuvimos en dos habitaciones diferentes por que ampliamos la estancia una noche mas. El restaurante de lujo, comimos allí los dos días y tanto el trato del personal como la comida genial. Esta a 20 metros de la playa, no hace falta sombrilla por que por 30€ al día puedes alquilar una...

"This is a very nice hotel with an excellent room and bed. However, there was a pervasive sewer smell in the lobby. I think it was from outside, as much of Valencia smells in the heat. But it ruined the experience to have to walk through it everyday."

No amenities, did not feel like a boutique hotel.. just a small standard one, aside from the front doors all felt pretty generic. Slept well and it seems recently renovated, location was great, but next time I'd choose a place with a pool for the price I paid."

"Lovely boutique hotel in a fairly central location close to the metro, but being in amongst pedestrianised back streets it's also quiet. It's walking distance to a most of the central sites. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, rooms aren't large but are well furnished and maintained."
