"The hotel is clean and in a good location. The bathrooms are spacious and the showers were excellent. The rooms, however, are long, narrow, and cheaply furnished, with awkward closets and water-restricted faucets. The hotel feels designed to cut costs, without passing any savings to guests. Tile floors and walls may be easy to clean, but they do not feel comfortable or upscale. The staff were unfriendly and arrogant. Despite requesting two rooms on the same floor, we were placed on the 5th and 14th floors. The key cards would not allow elevator access to other floors, and even after reprogramming, they still did not work. When I called the front desk for help, the woman hung up and never called back. At breakfast, the staff member seating guests was openly flirting and winking at one of my guests, making her uncomfortable. Overall, I would not return. I visit Chicago often, and there are far better hotels available."

"My reservation was booked for 3 night. We even upgraded to get a second bathroom. On the first night we noticed little flying bugs by the windows but nothing crazy. When we got back from first night of event room was INFESTED. When we went down to get assistance the receptionist wasn’t even surprised when we mentioned the bugs. We moved all our things to the second room, settled in and then noticed the restroom reeked of cigarettes. We had had a long day and decided to just deal with it in the morning. In the morning we went down and requested for them to please clean the bathroom. They agreed and would send someone at 12 pm to spray the room down. When we got back that night the room had not been cleaned nor the stench dealt with. The smell was so unbearable we couldn’t even use the second bathroom we upgraded to! All that was offered was 2,000 “hilton honor” points. Very disappointed."

"Excellent hotel. Good location near/in Greektown. Very clean. Comfy beds. Staff friendly. Parking was a hassle and expensive but Ubered everywhere after parking."

"El staff es un poco malhumorado Cuando tienes preguntas, la mayoria. Los tickets de comida o drinks gratis en realidad son descuentos, tienes q pagar. Excepto por el desayuno, solo use una vez cada uno, no me agrado, sali afuera. Regrese todos los demas tickets al hacer checkout. Gracias"

"Convenient location for travellers. Rooms are quite old and the housekeeping is not very good because we found some leftover food in the closet when we checked in and had to change to another room. Also all the coffee cups in our room are not cleaned… I mean you can see the stains in the photo"
