"Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Parking was large and easy to find a spot. The hotel is pretty large so it got a bit confusing of where things were. Felt like getting to the pool was a trek up and down floors. While there at the pool we needed to call front desk to bring towels for many people. They came promptly. The hot tub was small and very oddly shaped so it didn’t hold more than a handful of people. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got hungry late at night and went looking for...

"Room was a little dated but was great. Had a living room and bedroom. Would definitely stay there again. Coffee and breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Be careful with the breakfast. The " juices" are concentrated sugar water with dye. The water they skimp on in the fake juice goes into very soggy scrambled eggs. The waffle maker is cast iron and even with dumping ton of oil on it, the waffles stuck so badly they came off in pieces. The night receptionist and the breakfast staff guy were good. The morning receptionist guy couldn't care less"

"I enjoyed the stay, the pool was nice and the water park portion was fun, though the slippery tiled floors were a little unnerving to walk on. The stay was lovely and staff was helpful, the room service was nice. Scheduling the shuttle was helpful, and the driver was great, bringing me to the right spot at the airport. The beds were nice and comfy, but a little too tall, trying to climb into."

"Second stay in ninqe days and the rooms were great. Service at the restaurant was extremely slow and could have been better as other groups seated well after us were served before they even took our orders."

"The room was not clean and housekeeping service was poor. We still saw garbage between the beds, and the cups were not replaced. The screws on our door lock even came off, which was concerning. The parking spaces are also extremely tight — it feels like sardines. It was very difficult to get in and out of the car, especially for a pregnant woman when opening the door."
