The first day we were taken out of room due to fire alarm (false alarm). Hotel is in declining condition, daylight shows thru door when closed, lights flicker due to extension cord behind bed.

Staff not friendly
The ftt r int deck was not friendly at all u could tell they were having problems with each other and or life problems! The Hotel smells like it’s old and needs a facelift for sure!

My room door did not latch, staff was slow to respond to problems, my room was not cleaned once during my stay (had to ask multiple times for clean linens), and the internet barely worked. Would not recommend for any sort of work or related trip. The only redeeming quality of this stay was that it was cheap, but could gave stayed at the motel 6 for similar quality stay.

they put us on the 4th floor when I told them that 2 in our party could not go up stairs the elevator was broke. then they had to change our room. half the time our key cards did not work and we had to have them reran several times

The best part was the front desk attendant, Levi. He was delightful and cheerful in answering our questions and helping us get checked in quickly. A wonderful experience!

I have nothing good to say about this hotel. My door key didn't work, had it reset 5 times in a two day stay. Elevator didn't work, I was on the 4th floor. Housekeeping never cleaned my room.

I have been in the hospitality industry for nearly 35 years and I can say without a doubt that this was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I paid for a king bed and was put in a queen room. Only two pillows on the bed and when I called and requested additional pillows I was told that were none. The carpet was extremely dirty with large stains all over the carpet. Blood and hair on the wall of the bathroom. When I requested housekeeping service, I never got it. Called the front desk for clean towels and the clean towels were just thrown on the ground in front of my door. I could go on and on but I won’t. It was just the worst. I was the director of housekeeping for a major hotel in Las Vegas and if any of my rooms looked the one I stayed in, I would have fired the entire staff. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Thank you for listening.

We had fun swimming, the air conditioners were excellent, the bed tv fridge microwave were great, love the place.
