During COVID Hilton did send letters out to all properties telling us to remove all note pads and pens from guest rooms. Also, it is now a Hilton standard to have the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and hand soap. Since Hamptons are a brand of Hilton, we have to follow what they say.
