"The location was"

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. We used to luggage storage twice during our stay, once hours before check-in so we didn't have to carry our bags everywhere and the second time was after check-out so we could get breakfast and explore a little more before leaving for the airport. The room was clean and spacious and we even ended up getting an upgraded room than what we initially booked which was a nice surprise. We came here for a day trip to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and the theater was a four-minute walk. Many places are walkable and we only used the metro card for to and from the airport. Overall, a great stay and I'd book this hotel again in the future."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel and rooms clean. Very minimal, just necessities. Lobby was good to hang out in, bar was good. Not enough signage about evebts in Lobby with clear times. Incredible location. Close to everything. "
