"Staff were great, room was clean, nice buffet breakfast and bar. The only downside is the decor, it is very dated, it was a bit like stepping back in time to the 70’s but location was great so would probably go back if in that area again."

"Room was lovely. Felt that the bar service was quite slow. Toilets in reception area were in a terrible state on arrival and even worse the following morning - definitely needed to be clean on a more frequent basis. Had drinks in The Snug which was a lovely space but dirty tables and crumbs on the floor. Not what I expected from a four star hotel. Would stay at the hotel agdd as in but they definitely need to up their game."
