"Beautiful historic hotel continues to shine. Modestly sized rooms but the ocean facing ones directly overlook the Gateway of India and have a small balcony. I'd choose the less expensive Tower rooms that give you the same experience as the older historic building. All in all a magnificent hotel that fully lives up to its reputation for overall excellence. "
"Customer service is great , they will keep calling and checking if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Room was spacious with pool view and separate tub bath and separate powerful shower. They have spa facilities with an extensive gym. Unfortunately didn’t use. Great clean swimming pool. Will stay again but book through Hilton directly as Expedia has poor communication skills. "

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...

"This hotel is luxurious and the service is outstanding specially at the restaurants and bars. They went beyond to make you feel special. The service and the ambience exceeded my expectations. However, I would point out that the concierge front desk was not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable and had cold attitude."
