"This is a new property in Kastraki, which is a 15 min walk or 5 euro taxi ride from the town of Kalambaka. Kastraki is a small, quaint village at the foot of the monasteries in Meteora. There is a lovely family run restaurant just at the end of the road, and a bakery across the street. The rooms themselves are well designed, modern and comfortable. For a fee, ask about late check out. It’s very much worth it given the transportation options out of Kalambaka. I’d definitely come back again!"

"This was the most wonderful lodge that I have ever stayed in. The owner, Sikas, was friendly and helpful- it was the perfect balance between helpful and private. The breakfast is not to be missed. "Electric range and washer were out of order. There was no microwave either. It was too inconvenient to cook only with a coffee pot. The owner asked me to turn on only one circuit breaker between kitchen one and bathroom one when we need. We had to keep both circuit breakers turned off while we do not use them upon his request."
