A estada nesse hotel foi muita boa, considerando o valor da diária e da proposta do hotel. Destacamos que o café da manhã e o almoço, considerando com muitos outros hotéis na Europa, esse é hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. A gentileza da equipe é fantástica. Os únicos pontos que consideramos muito desagradáveis foram os seguintes: 1) Cobrança de uma taxa para usar o cofre disponível nos quartos; 2) A cobrança de uma taxa para poder usar o ferro de passar - Por hora de uso. Confesso que nunca tinha visto atitude tão mesquinha quanto esta em hotéis desse nível.

Hotelli oli hyvä ja rauhallinen. Palvelu toimi hyvin, ja olimme siellä 13 yötä. Aamiainen oli ihan ok. Hotelli kaipaa jonkin verran päivitystä, mutta ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Allasalue oli hyvin hoidettu ja siellä oli oikein mukava oleskella. Hotellissa oli paljon eläkeläisiä, mikä teki tunnelmasta rauhallisen. Meri on noin 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, ja rantapromenadi on pitkä ja hyvä kävelyyn. Alueella on riittävästi kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Lämpimästi suosittelen hotellia, jos haluat rentoutua rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Junalla pääsee helposti Barcelonaan ja muihin kaupunkeihin. Juna-asema on noin 2 km päässä hotellilta. Alueella ei ollut kovin paljon ulkomaalaisia matkailijoita – noin 90 % oli espanjalaisia ja paikallisia. Tämän ansiosta oli oikein mukava tutustua espanjalaiseen kulttuuriin.

Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind rießig und sehr sauber, genauso wie das Bad und der Balkon :) Zebtrale Lage. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut :-) nur sollten mehr Mitarbeiter eingeteilt werden.. bei mir gab es leider keine Tassen mehr ..

Nefasto...una habitación cuádruple con un plato ducha de 50 x 50, imposible duchar a los niños, con la mampara mal encajada ( casi se inunda el baño) aire acondicionado sin funcionar bien, y menos mal que solo cogimos desayuno por qué el comedor sucio no, lo siguiente... Para el precio que hemos pagado deja mucho que desear . No volvemos seguro

Descanso familiar a buen precio

Relación calidad/precio es una muy buena opción. Es cierto que las instalaciones pudieran actualizarse pero son correctas. El personal hace el esfuerzo, pero me parecieron un poco desorganizados a veces. ¿Lo mejor? El equipo de Animación, ¡mis hijas estuvieron encantadas! OJO por favor con la piscina infantil. Hay mucha heces de pájaros en el suelo y los niños las pisan y traen todo eso a la piscina. Ayudaría que mantuvieran esa zona más limpia. La variedad de la comida es justa, pero la verdad que muy sabrosa y "casolana". Yo repetiría otro finde para descansar. La zona tiene poca acción por lo que se agradece si quieres desconectar.

Muchas cosas a mejorar

- Las horas de check in y check out reales no coinciden con los de la plataforma. - Nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada, encontrando una familia dentro, y tuvimos que reclamar. - Al llegar una noche, la puerta principal estaba cerrada, no había nadie en recepción, no había timbre y el teléfono que nos facilitaron no estaba operativo. Al picar a la puerta, el recepcionista nos increpó. - El servicio de restauración recibía quejas a diario de la falta de limpieza de copas, tazas, cubiertos... - En la piscina no se cumplía la normativa indicada por el hotel aún estando el socorrista presente (gente fumando, bebiendo...) - Lo único bueno, el personal de limpieza de las habitaciones.

El hotel estaba sucio. El trato ha sido en ocasiones nefasto. No pudimos comprar agua en todo el hotel durante dias porque ni siquiera las reponían.

Du bon et du moins bon

Personnel de l’hotel globalement pas serviable et pas agréable excepté l’equipe d’animation Coralia (particulièrement à la cantine, que je ne qualifie volontairement pas de restaurant, où on se demande par moment qui est le client). Qualité de la nourriture plutôt quelconque mais dans la moyenne par rapport à ce genre d’établissement. Chambre propre et plutôt spacieuse avec balcon. Piscine et jeux pour les petits enfants très bien. Piscine pour les grands un peu petite. Piscines dans l’ensemble pas très propres. Hotel proche de la plage mais peu d’animation dans le secteur ormis un castor park pour les enfants à 10min à pieds. Conclusion : Du bon et du moins bon pour un global moyen. Le rapport qualité prix reste tout de même très correct par rapport au secteur. L’hôtel étant familial avec beaucoup d’enfants je ne le recommanderais pas pour des couples.
