"in its day it was probably a great hotel, but now its lost its appeal. We arrived and we were given a non alcoholic drink during the check in. The elevator is down a set of stairs, no one offered to help us with our bags. We stayed in a suite Room 1444, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, I was surprised that there was no coffee maker in the room and that there was no mini bar. Our stay included free breakfast which was the the neighboring hotel - The Sheraton which is connected. We arrived at 9:00 am, it was a complete gong show, most of the bowls were empty, and the area was packed, took 10 mins to get a coffee. The hotel says there is a free shuttle to the airport, what they don't tell you is the shuttle doesn't start until 10 am. Would I stay here again - probably not, it was ok for 2 nights."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. We checked in and the A/C of our room was not working. They immediately changed our room at our request. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We stayed for lunch at the restaurant of the hotel and it was even better. I would recommend it without hesitation"

"Truly, everything was spot-on. There is absolutely nothing negative to write. Attending the FILBo 2026 at Coferias made this the best option but we would gladly stay at this property even if we were not going to Coferias. The staff were wonderful and the room condition made it appear as if the hotel were brand-new."
