"The place is cute. The staff is friendly. The parking is quite useful. The queen bed is comfortable. We requested and were given a hypo-allergenic cleaning prior to our arrival. In the daily cleaning products used were not unscented as requested. When the sheets were replaced they contained perfume from the cleaning detergent. Sheets were replaced when when we brought this to staff attention. Breakfast is included-we chose to pass. The burritos are ok, not great. The Venetian blinds are missing pieces which compromised privacy and allowed the security light to shine in our eyes while trying to sleep. We did not have hot water for the first 2 nights. The room is not much larger than the queen sized bed. We stayed in Room 6 for 4 days."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hacienda. The room was spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the expanded continental breakfast and eating outside. The happy hour was a lovely bonus. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. The concierge Kevin was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The only disappointment was the hot tub was roped off though the staff did not know it was closed. "
