First the good news. Unbeatable location for late arrivals and a great breakfast buffet. On the other hand, the room had an inoperable air conditioner, smelly pillows and a ramp immediately outside the door which means a big step up.

Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The view we had (half of the city and half of Chapultepec park) was great. The location is closed to many attractions.
