"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "Very nice apartment, but one day suddenly the water turned off for 15 minutes and nobody told us. The apartment was clean but some corners of the bathroom were not cleaned. Toiletpaper was never refilled. We've booked breakfast, that was very good with some special offerings like Spanish Breakfast. A lot of families were in the breakfast room, so it was quite loud. The pools were very nice and heated."

"Wir waren das 2. Mal in dem Hotel. Es verfügt über einen beheizten Pool, sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, leider nicht immer tadellos sauber. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ok. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Es gibt typische spansiche und kanarische Gerichte, die von Tag zu Tag wechseln. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und viele sprechen auch deutsch. In den Seitenstraßen haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. "

"We use this appartment block normally twice a year and have done so for over ten years. The units are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with many restuarants and bars very close. Large supermarket within 100yards. The staff are very good and very helpfull."

"The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week. The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key. A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Stayed end April 2024"
