"Muy amables, te coordinan todo"

"Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff where friendly and helpful. We felt at home. Enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop."

"Great hotel for a stay in Luxor. Easy access to the public ferry lets you stay in the quieter West Bank but still be minutes away from the temples on the East Bank. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with an amazing view of the Nile from the breakfast balcony."

"The staff was vey welcoming and very clean."

"とても良いホテルです。推奨します。。。。"

"The room is clean, staffs are very good, but dont have shampoo and hair drier in the room"

"A few weeks after booking, the hotel sent me a message that it would be closed for renovations during the time I had booked to stay. I had prepaid the money for my room, so I replied to ask for the money to be returned to me, but I never received a reply. After contacting the hotel several more times, I still never received a reply. I never received my money back, so I paid for a hotel room that I was not allowed to use. This felt like a scam."

"Excellent service very polite staff"

"Love the place"

"EXELENT INFRASTRUCTURE HOTEL ⭐️⭐️🏨⭐️⭐️ BUT THE LOBBY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONAL NEEDS MORE TRAING ON FRIENDLINESS AND WARM WELCOMEING TO ALL ITS GUESTS, SPECIALLY THE WOMAN RECEPTIONISTS, I DID NOT SEE EVEN ONE SINGLE SMILE IN THE 5 NIGHTS STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN LUXOR-EGYPT 🇪🇬"

"Djorff Palace is an amazing hotel, with high ceilings and intricate wood work and each room or suite is individually decorated. Backing onto the Nile, it features a free shuttle boat to the east bank and from there it is easy to visit the Karnak and Luxor temples and the Luxor Museum. The staff are very accommodating and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our host who was very knowledgeable about the country and the people. She booked transit for us to and from the hotel, and to the Valley of...

"This hotel is amazing. Great staff, service , food, drinks and pool. It's great value - very clean. We stayed at the property 3 nights. They were so helpful. Our room was very nice had a little patio. Pool was clean. A very nice place. We will be back."

"Hotel ben posizionato. Nella mia junior suite avevo il balcone vista Nilo. Molto suggestivo e all’alba si vedono partire le mongolfiere. Presenza di piscina molto bella sul Nilo. L’unica cosa è che al mattino ho chiesto del black tea e invece avevano solo alcune bustine di Tea alla menta e basta. Da un hotel di questa categoria mi aspetto una scelta più adeguata"
