Very clean facility with excellent amenities. On-site parking in front of the apartment is an added value. Air conditioner and tv in the bedroom were excellent. Lets talk about the hosts; in a nigh after returning from an activity the door lock failed and immediately they were at our side solving the problem right away. A new door lock was installed and no matter it was my voluntary choice to give them a tip, under any circumstance they accepted it. Thank you guys for your help and support.

The property was very close to the beach and other activities. We had a parking spot for our rental car. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. Although only the bedroom was air-conditioned, the air conditioner work well. Bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Also have the host give you the gps pin/coordinates as Google maps didn't like the address given.

Beautiful and calming property with wonderful staff! They were very accommodating and communicative when needed. The beach and restaurants are in walkable distance. Also, there are so many cute cats and dogs in the area. I love hearing the coqui frogs at night. Thank you!

There was lukewarm but not hot water. There was a dead lizard on the mat when I arrived. It was hard to get responses from owners. They give two numbers and both would respond but then stop responding. The sponge for dishes was used. Had to ask for hand and face towels, but never got a hand towel. There's hardly anywhere to put clothes away. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is spacious. Easy walk to Seven Sea Beach. Fairly quiet, but that will depend on your neighbors. I used ear plugs one night.

This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back.
