"This place is not ready for prime time. It recently opened and the owner was reasonable when we asked to cancellation nights 2 & 3. We chose for location and I read the booking details. I understood it was on a street close to the malecon, however this is an adults only boutique hotel that stresses “quiet” even with a contract you sign to not have parties or be loud.
