10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was lovely. Staff was very attentive. Food was delicious. Amenities (pool and gym) were terrific. The only challenge they have - not their fault - is that there is massive construction around them on a new underground train AND a light rail. So there is a lot of dust and it is not easy to get in and out of the property. But once inside - no complaints!"

"Tal at the reception was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. He took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities and provided helpful guidance on local events, sightseeing, and places to visit around Arad. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed in such a warm and professional manner. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression and greatly enhanced our stay. Hotel is well situated, overlooking the desert. Amazing breakfast buffet. Over all I recommend for all"

"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."

"We had multiple rooms, clean and tiny and modern. Front of house staff were helpful but could not speak English which was problematic at times. Overall very nice place to stay."

"I been traveling across Israel with my family and stayed in many hotel and this hotel is by far taking the crown in regards to customer service. The front desk manager has a Ritz Carleton mentality where he goes above and beyond to please his guests. We had some issues with the sleeping arrangements and he solved it in seconds. The staff at the hotel is helpful and accommodating except the service in the lobby which is lazy and unaccommodating. It's almost feels like a different section that does not belong to the hotel. Having said that the rest of the hotel is wonderfully accommodating in all levels. We ate at the hotel our entire stay and the food was magnificent. The only thing I will add is I wish the waiters at the dining room will serve water and drinks at the table instead of guest bringing it from the buffet, the glasses are small and half of it spills until you get to the table. All in all we had a great time I will definitely recommend it and be back for sure."
