"Stayed one night with my wife Hotel receotionist people was a sociopasts, but the rest of the staff were great. Breakfast was fine Room was huge, clean and great Spa was good. Gym was great nice small souvenier shop on site Pool was great, got free popsicles at the pool Location great, 5 mintue walk to north promenade Parking is SXXX. they have a small on spot parking which was always full, so you have to park on the curb and pay Will go back for sure, if the price is right"

"Séjour exceptionnel dans cet établissement luxueux. Tout était parfait ! Tout d’abord, excellent accueil par Elena à la réception. Nous avions une très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer rouge. Nous avions également l’accès au Lounge où Moran s’est occupée de nous à la perfection. "Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend. Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement."

"very nice hotel just besides the central bus station. the room is quite spacious which has two separate rooms with two king size beds and one small bed. the staff is very helpful and they provide good espresso coffee."

"לא יודעת מאיפה להתחיל כשאתה משלם מלון יותר יקר מהשכירות אתה מצפה לקבל שירות ממש טוב. הינו לפני שנתיים עם בעלי היה בסדר ורצינו קצת נוסטלגיה כשנכנסנו לחדר היתי בהלם מהנקיון שהיה תת רמה מקלחת על הפנים הכל מלוכלך עובדי ניקיון על הפנים משחקים אותה לא מבינים עיברית הינו צריכים להיתקשר כמה פעמים לקבלה כדי לקבל מאפרה. לא הבנתי למה אני צריכה לשלם אלף שקל יותר על תינוקת של 7 חודשים שלא אוכלת בחדר אוכל קיבלה מיטה עם כתמי דם עליה ואמבטיה מחוררת למרות שאמרו לנו שהביטוח עליה 50 שח ליום. ועם כל זה לא מספיק...

"We stayed here only overnight, it was great for our purpose, very clean, the front desk is super helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. We left all our luggage at the hotel after check out till evening and the staff was amazing. "
