"Very hard to find fault. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Dining options were great. Spa facilities were wonderful, and at the times we were using them (pool, sauna etc) quiet. Obviously not cheap, but a very good destination hotel with wonderful views over the Champagne countryside."
"Our host was lovely and gave us a warm welcome. Great location, with secure parking for car and cycles. Easily walkable or cycle into Epernay. Lovely breakfast and accommodation done to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Highly recommend staying here. "

The room was spacious and well appointed with many thoughtful touches. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful and helped us with every arrangement necessary. I only wish our stay had been longer."

"Ayant deux jours de taf dans le coin, moi qui habite en région parisienne, j'ai réservé une chambre et commencé à voir à quelle heure je pourrais arriver. J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil...
