Great hotel, comfortable beds & convenient for the zoo, bus stop outside for getting to the city centre. Breakfast was excellent, we stayed in a family room & I would return!

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Brilliant location, right next to the Haymarket train and tram stations. Good links for buses and taxis too.
