Our cancellation policy is that reservations can be cancelled until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, without cancellation fee. We are really sorry that you have not been able to contact us about your flight cancellation up until 9 p.m. In that case, we were not able to do more than give you a late check-out free of charge on the day of your departure, hoping that this would help you.
