Gemma at the reception desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to be of assistance. The room was clean and nicely decorated, The hotel’s location was ideally located near the train and bus termini and within walking distance of the Royal Mile.

Beautiful Hotel

This was our second stay at this wonderful hotel. The ease of checking in, the proximity to the train station and being in the heart of everything makes this our favorite place to stay when in Edinburgh.

Convenient location

Right across the street from Waverly Station. Beautiful views of Old Town during breakfast. The room was small, but cozy and had everything we needed. Great hotel for the price.

Directly opposite Waverley train station on a busy road but our room was really quiet. Lovely stylish room, free water and snacks, breakfast was really good, so convenient for walking to Fringe events. Would happily stay there again

A stay you’ll want to extend

The design elements of the hotel and the rooms were beautiful and fun. All the modern comforts you would want in the rooms, with a great restaurant and a gorgeous bar and lounge on the lobby level. Will definitely stay here when I’m back.

This is an awesome hotel in a great location. It is across the street from the train station for those who plan to travel to other parts of Scotland. I highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly return to this location the next time we are in Edinburgh.
