"The hotel is excellently placed right by Haymarket train station and has a large pub/restaurant next door. The staff were very friendly and help, with quick responses to messages when I realised I’d left a ring in my room after check out. I would definitely stay here again on a visit to Edinburgh"

"It's a great 4 Star Hotel. The only significant problem were the key cards. They kept getting deactivated. The hotel is aware and is trying to fix it, but they are so busy they don't have time to reset all the codes. "

"Exactly what a 3-star hotel should be. It was clean and modern, had very friendly and helpful staff, offered a competitive price, and was in a great area, without offering additional amenities that you’d expect from a 4 or 5-star hotel. The location was unbeatable, with many tourist attractions easily within walking distance, as well as various transit options close by. There are many dining and shopping options in the vicinity. The area felt very safe, even when walking at night. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. A few things to note prior to booking are that the queen size room was on the smaller side, so if you require a lot of space this may not be the best option for you. Additionally, the TV wouldn’t connect to the hotel wifi, so I had to use my hotspot to access streaming options. Nonetheless, I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable, and central place to stay. "
