"We made a reservation a month before our arrival for a Thursday and a Friday night. Our train plans changed and decided to give Friday night back. We were informed that it was a $500.00 penalty. So we had to keep the unused room, and eat the cost. The room was lovely but needed extra plugins for styling tools and needed to be cooler due to the heatwave but very quiet."

"We found the place easily. Parking was fine. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was small but fine for a night. The bed though was made with an old, dainty iron frame. It creaked a lot at the slight movement. Public transportation is nearby. We even walked back from downtown Edinburgh."

"The hotel was just beautiful! We stayed in the family suite which was spacious for three adults, view of Dean Village was remarkable, and the lounge/library were all so beautiful. It was pricey but given that all hotels in Edinburgh are quite pricey, I would recommend B+B Edinburgh for its clean facilities and perfect location right in city center."
