"I didn’t stay here because my room was over booked and I had to stay elsewhere"

"Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it. It seems like they did not do a good job in the maintenance and keep it clean. We were afraid and did not want to touch the water in the pool. It was such a big mistake to have booked this place. I would not be going back there again. "

"This hotel is filthy floors are funky and they charge you a deposit and they keep it don't go here it's nasty it's nothing like online you get catfished"

"room ac/heat didnt work. was hot all night. bellman left bags at front for 1 hour before i had to get them myself. pool heater didnt work, water was less than 70F"
